​Wellness is a state of optimum mental and physical health and involves two major factors: (1) knowledge and (2) self-discipline. We strive to help our patients achieve a better balance in their lives by providing some of the knowledge, but there is still a lot you can do for yourself!

1) Knowledge: you can educate yourself on natural, organic foods, exercising and managing stress. Dr. Bonnie is happy to share her thoughts if you have any questions!

2) Self-Discipline: This involves knowing yourself well enough to set up a realistic plan to stay true to the wellness goals you set for yourself. If you know you're not a morning person and won't exercise then, then schedule time in the afternoon. Then, celebrate the small changes and reward yourself as you begin to achieve your goals!
