Insurance Information
In today's world, healthcare only proves to continue to become more expensive and difficult to afford so we try hard to work with you and your budget. We are happy to bill your insurance company for services rendered. If you do have a copay, we ask that you pay it at the time services are rendered.
We are a participating provider with various insurance companies, such as Medicare, WPS, Cigna, and United Healthcare. But, even if you see your insurance company listed here, we strongly encourage you to call your insurance company to see if we are part of your network. A common misconception is that if you see your Insurance companies name on our site that we automatically are in your network. However, every insurance company contracts with a large number of networks and we may be part of some but not others.
If you do not have insurance, we offer a same day cash discount if you pay in full the same day as your appointment. This discount is part of our Wellness Program to make services more affordable for those who may need or want to pay out of pocket.
